The organizing committee of CSRS-AP 2025 welcomes the submission of abstracts for Oral (Podium) or E-Poster presentations. All abstracts presented at the congress will be published in the abstract book. Poster presentations will be conducted as E-posters. Guidelines for E-posters will be announced soon on the website.

Abstracts received by November 17, 2024, will be considered under the standard review procedure. Only E-Abstract submissions through the official website will be accepted. Abstracts submitted by post, fax, or email will not be considered.

The presenting author for each accepted abstract(s) must register for the meeting through the website by January 31, 2025, to confirm their allocated presentation in the program.

An acknowledgement of abstract submission will be automatically sent to the submitter, first author, corresponding author, and co-authors by email upon completion of e-submission. This acknowledgment is not an acceptance notification but a confirmation of your abstract details. It is the responsibility of each individual to verify the acknowledgment and carefully review the submitted abstract(s), as characters can sometimes become illegible during the submission process. If you do not receive an Abstract Submission Confirmation E-mail within 5 days, please contact the Secretariat at abstract@csrsap2025.org. The scientific committee will review all abstracts submitted on time and in the specified format. The meeting organizers reserve the right to reject any proposals that fail to comply with the submission guidelines mentioned above. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission by email before December 17, 2024. Further details for accepted presentations, including the time, session, and location, will be sent atthe end of February. If your abstract is accepted, please ensure you register on the official website by January 31, 2025, which is the deadline for Early Bird Registration. Failure to register on time may result in your abstract not being included in the program book.

The Meeting Secretariat will use personal information gathered during the abstract submission process solely for contact purposes related to abstract acceptance.
