* ATTENTION* APPLE MACINTOSH USERS: Please be aware that AV equipment and computers prepared on-site are ONLY Microsoft Windows-based and do not support macOS.
POWERPOINT TIPS
PPT Slides
The presentation should be in a landscape orientation with a screen ratio of 16:9. CSRS-AP 2025 Presentation Templates are downloaded from the link below.

Fonts
Please use general and basic fonts for compatibility. Arial and Helvetica are recommended for clarity and compatibility. If you want to use special fonts, you should submit the fonts with your presentation material. Use a font size of AT LEAST 24 points for body text and 36-40 points for headings. Confirm that the maximum number of lines in text slides is no more than 6 or 7.
Images
If you copy the images to the clipboard and then Edit / Paste them into PowerPoint, the images will not be compressed, and the PowerPoint file can become very large. To avoid this, insert them directly into PowerPoint (Insert / Picture / from File).
Animations
We recommend that you use minimal or no animations in your presentation files.
Video Formats
The recommended video format for Windows-based presentations is Windows Media (WMV). Use short video segments when needed and try to keep the file to less than 20 Mb.
PowerPoint embeds image files directly into the file when you save them. For video files, a link to the video is created, but the files are not embedded. Copy the video clips you want to insert into the same folder as the PowerPoint file. This will eliminate the problem of PowerPoint losing the link to the file. Be certain to bring the video files and the PowerPoint files to the meeting.
Language
All presentations should be written and spoken in ENGLISH
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PRESENTATION
Please submit your presentation material by following the link below starting February 25th.

Advance Submission
Presenters will be able to submit their PowerPoint files on our website prior to the conference using Attendee Interactive. Please use the same account you used to submit your abstract(s). If you forgot the account ID or PW, please send email to the secretariat (resistration@csrsap2025.org).
Advance submission of your presentation files online is strongly encouraged by March 9 (Sun), 2025 (Korean Standard Time).
If you want to revise your file, please visit the preview room with your final presentation material at least 2 hours prior to the session.
Presenters who submit their presentation files online will have a faster check-in at the Preview Room.
Onsite Submission
It is very important that you check in at the Preview Room, regardless of whether you uploaded your presentation prior to arrival.
The Preview Room is in the foyer of Emerald Room (2F) the day before and a minimum of 2 hours before your Session, to submit your files and to preview your presentation.
If you are checking in on the same day as your session, please arrive at least 2 hours before the start of your session (Note: this refers to the session start time, not the presentation starts time).
The Preview Room technicians will assist with uploading your files and provide the opportunity to preview and/or edit the presentation as necessary.
PREVIEW ROOM
Checking in at the Preview Room is the most important step you will take to ensure a successful presentation. The Preview Room is in the foyer of Emerald Room(2F), located next to the Crystal Ballroom(main conference room).
You are required to check in at the Preview room at least 2 hours prior to the start of your SESSION regardless of whether you uploaded your presentation prior to the meeting.
Hours of Operation:
Thursday, March 20, 2025 07:00-16:00
Friday, March 21, 2025 7:00-15:30
Computers will be available in the Preview Room running PowerPoint enabling you to make changes to your presentation, print out notes, and practice presentations. When reviewing your presentation in the Preview Room, make sure all fonts, images, and animations appear as expected and that all audio or video clips are working properly.

The computers in the conference rooms are the same as the computers in the Preview Room. Therefore, if the presentation does not play properly in the Preview Room, it will not play properly in the conference room

Presenters will not be allowed to use their own computers for their presentations.
Presentations will need to be checked in at the Preview Room and will be loaded onto each computer by the technicians. If you need to use a personal computer, please inform the Secretariat in advance and remember to bring your own adapters and equipment on-site.

If the presentation cannot be transferred to one of these before the show, the technicians in the Preview Room will transfer the presentation from your computer on site.
